WomenIn aims to create a safe space for those who identify as women in the L&D, HR, OD, people and education spaces, to connect and share best practices.

🧭 Mission

Our mission is simple:

To empower all women to connect with others and burst the bubbles that exist within many organisations.

🔍 Vision

Our vision is simple:

To create a world where all women have made at least one connection outside their normal network and feel able to ask questions, seek advice and offer support via a network that extends across the globe.

⚖️ Values

Our values are at the heart of what we do and have been the same since the group was founded.

Connect.

Connection is where it’s at. We want people to connect and form lasting relationships that will help each other through the course of their careers. The group gives people who wouldn’t otherwise have met the chance to connect.

Learn.

We love learning. Come with an open mind, ask any questions you like, and be curious about different perspectives and ideas. All of these things will put you in a good place to learn from others.

Share.

The magic of WomenIn happens in the knowledge that is shared so freely between members. You can share to get feedback, share to gather new ideas or share to spark curiosity. If you have something to say, the group will listen.
